I am an Avon Sales Leader for 24 months (As of October 2007). I am at the unit leader level and have around two hundred in my team, 5 of whom are Sales Leaders themselves and our team keeps growing. I work at day time and a college student at night.

Being a Sales Leader gives me the flexibility to earn a decent income, while being able to be totally flexible as to when I work. Sales Leadership is a full or part time self employed opportunity. You will recruit and manage your own team of Representatives and as you build your team up you will see your earnings grow.
